I always have a good experience here. I'm not a fan of spicy stuff, so I always get the Chicken Crispers, which I love. The chicken is covered in batter instead of breading, which keeps the chicken moist. I love the corn on the cob too.. they were great about leaving the pepper off when I requested it. My father loves their Chicken Fried Steak, but had good things to say about their hamburgers too. My only complaint is that I'm usually cold when I'm there, but then they usually seat us by the windows in the front, so maybe there's a draft in that area.

Let me start off and say I visit area Chillis about 1-2 times a week. This location had very slow service and was completely out of a wine type. What bar runs out of a wine type? This location does not support Chilli's rewards or even knew anything about them. I am an avid Chilli's fan and found this mind boggling. This location does not have Chillis kiosks. For those who know what this is it is a little machine that goes on each table where you can reorder drinks, pay, play games while waiting, add things to your bill, and log in to your rewards account. The tortilla chips do not come out warm. I went 2 x's to same location to see if it was just one time or its the way this location operates. All my area chillis come out hot and fresh from the fryer. The food was prepared exactly how its suppose to be and I saw no deviation.

The service was absolutely horrendous. Our server was possibly the most miserable human being I have ever encountered. I ordered a Margarita and it was very good, I like how they give you the shaker with the rest of the margaritas. I got the Dr pepper ribs, my son got a fajita, and my wife got a salad. Our meals were pretty good, but nothing too fancy. For dessert we got the huge skillet cookie, and I'm 95% sure it got my wife, my son and I all sick with a gnasty case of diarrhea

I visited here 3 times so far with my family. Fajita, ribs, enchilada, food I tried looked good on plates but they were not good. Just not fresh.. Recommend: Sorry... Nothing

I love Chili's. The chocolate molten lava cake is a guilty pleasure and part of the reason that I usually choose this chain over any others. However, the service at this particular Chili's was subpar and slow. The waitress never refilled drinks, took away dirty plates, or checked in. In fact, a lot of the tables in this establishment still had dirty plates and utensils 30-40 minutes after the customers had left. It really doesn't do much for the atmosphere. I can always understand when a restaurant is busy and things fall behind, but when you don't have that many tables and you can't bother to clean up...that's an issue. I definitely don't see a need to stop by this particular Chili's when so many others exist.

Good food, good service. We went during the day so I can't judge how busy it gets on the weekend. Chilis is consistent each time we go.

We've gone to chili's probably 100s of times in the passed 5 year years. Only one time I had food that wasn't good, but the staff made it right. The chipotle chicken crispers rock! Highly recommend and the onion string stack.

I've been going to Chilis for years with my girlfriends. You can't beat sitting in the bar section and eating chips and salsa and the queso dip. The queso dip is my favorite. It's a cheesy dip full of ground beef. Really yummy. The only gripe I have had with Chilis is the last 3 times I have been there I had to send back the queso dip or the enchilada soup because they have been very cold in the middle. They have been great about fixing the problem but 3 cold items in a row is a lot for me!

I almost never go to chains, but when I do, I go to Chili's. I remember when this Chili's opened around 20 years ago - my dad took me for some Cajun chicken pasta and an IBC root beer. I was in love. I was also 9. Their chicken pasta today is a crap updated version that pales in comparison to the creamy, spicy, linguini they used to have, but I digress. I also used to work at this Chili's as a teen, and I can tell you the following (unless things have changed): 1. The salsa is amazing and they make it on site. 2. The chips are fried on site and are (usually) fresh and crispy. 3. Their black beans are some sort of legume ambrosia that I cannot duplicate in my own kitchen no matter how many times I have tried (a lot). I also love their presidente margaritas - they are not super sweet, like La Tolteca - just tart and tasty. So, I am not ashamed to say that I have been a life-long chili's fan. I will continue to visit this place when my addiction to their black beans becomes unbearable and I will wash down said beans with a presidente marg. The End.

This is the worst service I have ever received. The rude and badly dressed Donna was our server, though she hardly did her job. I came here on Friday 5/16 with my mother and my toddler. We ordered for baby first and said we needed a moment to decide on our selections. Meanwhile our waitress was rudely barking at another employee at the adjacent table who was conceded about water leakage from the roof due to the heavy rain. Our server came back 3 times to check on baby's food but never took our order! On the 3rd visit to the table, she asked if everything was ok, to which my mother said, "No, you haven't taken our order yet." (At this point we'd been in the restaurant for more than 20 minutes and our toddler was halfway through her meal.) Our server, in a rude and condescending voice with no apology, said, "Oh I know, honey, what will yo have?" She used condescending pet names at each visit like "honey," "sweetie," etc. and was very rude and abrupt. We could also hear her yelling at the kitchen staff from our table! She was yelling about how to make a caesar salad (my mother's lunch,) which made us both very uncomfortable. It seemed like the rest of the staff moved away in fear of this banshee. I, for one, will NEVER come back to this place and have already told most of my friends and family to stay away because of the absolutely awful service. She was also, btw, dressed with bare legs in a ripped denim skirt and looked very unprofessional. Everyone else smiled, dressed appropriately and made us feel welcome. The food was also quite tasty. It's a shame that Donna, this one psychotic, rude waitress, had to work so hard to give us such a bad experience. :( Shame on her! *****Update! I wrote this review directly the Chili's customer service as well. They sent me $20 in gift certificates by way of apology. I reluctantly returned to the restaurant after first calling to see if that nutty waitress was working. I was told she would be done at 4pm. I was very disappointed to see that she is still working there and was there when we arrived at 5:30pm! I feel like she brings the entire staff vibe down. I asked our hostess for another server, because I was worried the cranky you-know-what would spit into our food. :( Was the foo good? Yes. Will I return? Honestly, even after Chili's tried to repair the damage, I don't want to go back there with that woman around. Watch out for that one!*****

I've never had a poor dining experience at this Chili's. The food is always fresh-tasting and service is spot-on. Prices are competetive and it's always steady as far as business goes. If you're in the area, stop in!

I like this Chilis, even when they are busy they know how to get people seated and keep their diners content. I have been here numerous times and can't recall an unpleasant experience. Go in expecting chili's burgers, and an applebee's menu with a tex-mex spin.

Does anyone ever really get the baby back ribs? I can't say that I visit a lot of Chili's, but when I do, it's usually chicken fajitas (as it was this time) or a sandwich of some type. It was like any other chain restaurant - plenty of parking, predictable food, and very fast. Perhaps it's time to visit Chili's back home in Seattle... if I can find one.
